This is an artist statement I wrote a while ago lol bare with me while I figure out something else a bit more personal to put here:

Luc Palombo (aka swiftp) is digital media artist, developer, and designer primarily making projects for the internet. Born into one of the first generations to have spent all of their childhood alongside the emergence of the internet, his work is often inspired by the interactive art experiences and animations posted on web portals during their infancy in the early 2000s.

Being a maker and tinkerer at heart, previous self-taught experiments have led Luc to explore game development, music production, generative art, 3D printing, and electronics. As a professional, Luc uses his post-secondary degree in graphic design to inform his work as a creative developer and previously as a motion graphics designer.

Luc strongly believes in building for the web using open, standard, and accessible tools, as well as teaching and making those tools accessible to his peers free from unnecessary jargon and barriers.
